Welcome!

Our family is from a small town in Oklahoma. We are small town vibes, while holding love for the big city! My husband and I have been foodies at heart for many years. Our favorite part of traveling is getting to enjoy the food in the local area. We have found so many crave-worthy places in our state of Oklahoma. However, we struggled to find the same allergen-safe options in our Tulsa area. Our lack of availability had pushed us into learning to cook and bake our own gluten free and allergen conscious options at home. The years of knowledge and experience in the kitchen, brought us to the desire to make it available for our local community.

Morning Maple was created by a family that understands the struggles of food allergies and intolerances. Our family has first-hand experience with everything from severe food allergies to food intolerances. We have experience with autoimmune disease, chronic illness, and health issues. We know the importance of quality food and ingredients. We prioritize health and hope to bring health conscious treats to our local area. We believe that eating health-conscious food does not mean sacrificing taste or enjoyment. You can have your cake and eat it too!

As an allergy conscious family, we are striving to make delicious treats accessible to our allergen community. We fully believe that it is possible to enjoy delicious foods and sweets without worry of food allergens. Our mission is to be fully transparent of our quality ingredients allowing for peace of mind for those with food allergies. We want to be a place that everyone feels welcomed and included. We wanted to provide a space for our local Tulsa area to have a source to order treats with full awareness of the ingredients. Morning Maple is always open to conversation of food allergy education and awareness.
